Aspial Corporation cancels S$6.5m worth of repurchased notes
ASPIAL Corporation announced after trading hours on Tuesday that it intends to cancel S$6.5 million worth of 5.05 per cent notes due 2019 that it has repurchased in the open market.
Following the cancellation of the repurchased notes, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the notes is expected to be S$123.5 million.
The notes are comprised in the Series 003 notes issued under the S$700 million multicurrency debt issuance programme of Aspial Corporation and Aspial Treasury.
