Aspial's property arm World Class Global to raise S$35.4m in Catalist spinoff
THE property development arm of Aspial Corp is expected to raise about S$35.4 million from a Catalist spin-off via World Class Global (WCG), its offer document on Tuesday showed.
WCG plans to sell 136 million shares, comprising 3.98 million offer shares to be offered to the public, and 132 million shares to be placed out, with shares of both tranches priced at S$0.26 apiece.
The public offer opens for subscription on June 7, 2017 at 9am, and closes on June 13, 2017 at noon. The listing and trading of WCG's shares is expected to commence at 9am on June 15, 2017.
