BBR acquires rest of Angels Medical
BBR Holdings has acquired the remaining 51 per cent stake in associated company Angels Medical Private from Angels' other shareholders for nearly S$27,780.
The purchase amount is based on the net book value of assets acquired, BBR said in a release to Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
This will make Angels, which provides healthcare systems integration for the elderly, a fully owned subsidiary of BBR.
The acquisition has no material impact on the net tangible asset and earnings per share of the group for the current financial year ending Dec 31.
