Best Employers show why it pays to engage workers

IT pays to engage your workers. This year's Aon Hewitt Best Employers award winners not only scored high in employee engagement, they also made higher profits.
The winners scored 80 per cent in employee engagement, exceeding the 59 per cent market average, according to the human resources consultancy firm which has been handing out the award every two years since 2001. Best Employers winners' earnings are 29 per cent stronger than the market average.
