BlackGold in talks with various parties for possible fund-raising
CATALIST-LISTED BlackGold Natural Resources announced on Monday it has commenced confidential discussions with various parties for a possible fund-raising exercise.
In a filing to Singapore Exchange, BlackGold said discussions are preliminary and no definitive agreements have been entered. It added there is no certainty that the fund-raising will materialise.
Shareholders have been advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the company.
BlackGold's shares closed up 1.3 Singapore cents, or 13.5 per cent, to finish at 10.9 Singapore cents at the end of trading on Monday.
