BlackRock holds 2.7% of KepLand's total issued shares after Thursday's share dealings
BLACKROCK Inc, an associate of Keppel Corp, made a series of dealings on Keppel Land shares on Thursday.
It purchased 7,000 shares at S$4.55 apiece and sold a total of 48,100 shares at prices ranging from S$4.53 to S$4.55 per share.
After these dealings, BlackRock holds 41.3 million shares, representing about 2.7 per cent of the total issued shares.
As at Thursday night, Keppel Corp owned 85.1 per cent of KepLand. The offer closing date has been extended to March 26 under the takeover code.
