BOC Aviation's H1 profit up 23.8% at US$212m
Revenue for recently listed group rises 8.2%, lifted by contributions from lease rental and sale of aircraft

BOOSTED by higher revenue and gains from sale of aircraft, BOC Aviation's net profit for the six months ended June 30 rose 23.8 per cent to a record US$212 million.
The aircraft leasing firm's revenue increased 8.2 per cent to US$579 million, on the back of stronger contributions from lease rental income, interest and fee income as well as gains on sale of aircraft.
Lease rental income rose 5.7 per cent to US$516 million, while interest and fee income was up 62.5 per cent to US$26 million. Meanwhile, gains from sale of aircraft picked up by about 32 per cent to US$3…
