UIC's SingLand offer 'fair, reasonable'

THE independent financial adviser to Singapore Land's (SingLand's) directors stood by its opinion that the offer by UIC Enterprise is "fair and reasonable", after a query from SGX on whether it took into consideration the offer price's 33.1 per cent discount to SingLand's net tangible assets. The discount is within the range of that for comparable companies, said ANZ Singapore.
