China Kunda Technology offer terminated
THE offer by businessman Ang Kok Teong to acquire a 50.6 per cent stake in China Kunda Technology Holdings at S$0.0729 a share has been terminated. This was because the terms and conditions of the sale-and-purchase agreement were not fulfilled before the relevant deadline, Mr Ang said in a statement.
