Qualified audit opinion issued on China Sky

CHINA Sky Chemical Fibre's auditors, Baker Tilly TFW LLP, have issued a qualified opinion on the company's financial statements for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2012. In their independent auditor's report, Baker Tilly cited China Sky's opening balances and statutory records as the basis for the qualified opinion.
