Business optimism rises for another quarter: study
For Q3 2015, construction and services have emerged as the most optimistic sectors in Singapore, while mining is the least optimistic sector

BUSINESS confidence in Singapore has improved for a second consecutive quarter, according to Singapore Commercial Credit Bureau's (SCCB) latest quarterly Business Optimism Index (BOI) study. But it is still too early to predict if the local economy is poised for a sustained recovery till year-end.
SCCB's study shows that BOI rose from nine percentage points for Q2 2015 to 14.6 percentage points for Q3 2015.
