    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Monday (Oct 31), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 13.07 points to 1,460.38. Volume was 2.888 billion lots worth RM1.940 billion. Gainers outnumbered losers 450 to 365.
