CapitaLand Mall Trust's Q1 DPU steady despite revenue dip

Excluding Funan, which is being redeveloped, CMT's shopper traffic dipped 0.5 per cent and tenants' sales per square foot per month fell 0.7 per cent in Q1, reflecting cautious consumer spending.


CAPITALAND Mall Trust's (CMT) distribution per unit (DPU) for the first quarter stayed unchanged at 2.73 Singapore cents, the trust said on Thursday.
