CapitaLand Treasury prices S$500m 3.8% fixed-rate notes

CAPITALAND Treasury Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand, has priced the offering of S$500 million, 3.80 per cent fixed-rate notes due 2024.
This marks the largest single tranche SGD issuance for corporates in 2014. It is also the largest SGD bond issuance from a real estate issuer in recent years, noted Clifford Lee, head of fixed income at DBS Bank.
