CapitaMall Trust reports Q1 DPU of 2.68 cents, up 4.3%
RETAIL mall real estate investment trust (Reit) CapitaMall Trust reported distribution per unit (DPU) of 2.68 Singapore cents for its first quarter ended March 31, 2015, up 4.3 per cent from 2.57 cents a year ago.
Revenue was up 1.6 per cent to S$167.4 million while net property income was up 3 per cent to S$117.7 million.
Net asset value was at S$1.83 at March 31, from S$1.81 at Dec 31, 2014.
Based on the Reit's closing price of S$2.25 per unit on Monday, the distribution yield is 4.83 per cent.
