CATALIST-listed CCFH, which owns bedlinen brand Friven, intends to bid bedding goodnight with its latest plan to diversify into fund management, helicopter leasing and solar plants in the Caribbean islands.
This comes after CCFH got the nod from shareholders last week to enter a host of new industries, following its deal in January to acquire Chinese private equity fund manager Mercury Capital for up to S$2.8 million.
