    CITY Developments Ltd (CDL) deputy chairman Kwek Leng Joo, 62, has died. He was also the chairman of CDL's Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Governance, executive director of City e-Solutions and a non-executive director of Hong Leong Finance.
