China Dairy to delist on June 13

CHINA Dairy Group on Friday said it will be delisted on June 13, 2016.
This follows a delisting offer by its majority shareholder, Winner International Investments, at S$0.195 each - an offer that has since been declared unconditional.
Trading of the shares has been suspended since May 12.
