China Everbright Water to operate treatment projects in Zhangqiu City
MAINBOARD-LISTED China Everbright Water Limited is partnering the Zhangqiu municipal government to form a joint venture (JV) to operate two waste water treatment projects in Zhangqiu City.
The total investment is approximately 160 million yuan (S$34.29 million) with a concession term of 30 years, said the integrated environmental water services provider on Wednesday.
The JV, which will adopt a public-private-partnership model, is 95 per cent owned by China Everbright Water and 5 per cent owned by the Zhangqiu municipal government.
The total designed daily waste water treatment capacity of both plants will reach 90,000 cubic metres.
