China Everbright Water wins 50m yuan Shudong wastewater treatment project
MAINBOARD-LISTED China Everbright Water on Thursday announced it has secured the Ju County Shudong Waste Water Treatment Project in Rizhao City, Shandong, China.
The total investment of the project is approximately 50 million yuan (S$10 million), according to the integrated environmental water services company.
China Everbright Water said the project will treat municipal waste water from Shudong New Urban Area, which is located in the east of Shu River in Ju County.
It added the project will be constructed on a build-operate-transfer basis and has a designed daily wastewater treatment capacity of 20,000 cubic metres with a concession period of 30 years.
The project is expected to complete construction and commence operations in 2017.
