China Sky non-executive chairman resigns
The non-executive chairman for China Sky Chemical Fibre has stepped down to pursue other activities, the firm said on Saturday.
Wang Zhi Wei, 45, had been appointed to the position since May 2005. No further details were provided for Mr Wang's departure in the exchange filing.
The cessation of his appointment was effective from Saturday. Mr Wang holds a 3.06 per cent stake in China Sky.
The counter, suspended in November 2011 amid investigations into a number of major transactions that included a botched purchase of land in Fujian, China, has resumed trading since Sept 10.
