RESTAURANT reservation startup The Chope Group has acquired its Indonesian equivalent MakanLuar, the Singapore-based company said on Wednesday.
The deal widens Chope's reach - with the addition of Jakarta, Bali and Bandung - to eight cities and 1,300 clients, the company added. It comes less than a year after an S$11 million fundraising led by NSI Ventures, the venture capital wing of private equity group Northstar.
