CMC Infocomm group financial controller resigns
THE group financial controller for regional communication solutions and services provider, CMC Infocomm, is leaving the firm to pursue other career opportunities.
The departure of Jessica Toh, 46, will take effect from May 31.
The group's Catalist sponsor SAC Capital Private said that it is satisfied that there are no other material reasons for Ms Toh's resignation. "There are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the resignation of Ms Toh, and there has not been any disagreements with regard to practices that will have an impact on the company's financial reporting."
Ms Toh was appointed to her position on Aug 13 last year.
The firm's group finance manager Chan Ai Lee, 37, left in January, and was replaced by Benjamin Wong Wei Wen, 30, who was appointed deputy financial controller.
