CNA Group plans to transfer listing status to real estate firm

JUDICIAL managers of CNA Group, which has been suspended from trading, on Monday said CNA has agreed with SCR International Holdings to transfer its listing status through a scheme of agreement.
SCR is set to be the holding company of various subsidiaries involved in real estate development and hospitality business in Brazil and the United States, CNA said in a regulatory filing. The new shares of SCR will be listed on Catalist.
