TO TAP Singapore's established marine & offshore ecosystem and expand its business in South-east Asia, China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), a subsidiary of China's largest offshore oil & gas producer, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), on Friday launched its regional headquarters in Jurong Industrial Estate.
This marks the first time a Chinese oilfield services company has established its regional headquarters in the Republic, adding to the list of leading oil & gas equipment and services players - Schlumberger, Halliburton, FMC Technologies and Cameron - that have set up significant operations here to serve their global and regional markets.
