F&N's distribution of FCL shares gets nod
FRASER & Neave (F&N) shareholders have voted unanimously in favour of its proposed distribution of the entire issued share capital of subsidiary, Frasers Centrepoint's (FCL's) shares, by way of a dividend in specie - on the basis of two FCL shares for each ordinary share in the issued share capital of F&N - at an extraordinary general meeting yesterday. The support votes include those from TCC Assets, which holds 61.67 per cent of the issued ordinary shares in F&N.
