Midas unit wins deals worth 72m yuan

MIDAS Holdings' unit, Jilin Midas Aluminium Industries, has won 71.9 million yuan (S$14.7 million) worth of contracts from CNR Changchun Railway Vehicles Co, to supply aluminium alloy extrusion profiles for train sets for metro lines in Shenzhen and Wuhan. The contracts are expected to have a positive impact on the group's financial performance for financial years 2014 and 2015.
