UIC's shareholding in SingLand hits 90.15%
UNITED Industrial Corp (UIC) has obtained enough acceptances to raise its shareholding in Singapore Land to 90.15 per cent, allowing the parent developer to privatise its subsidiary. SingLand shares will be suspended after tomorrow's close.
