GLP signs new leases with three retailers
GLOBAL Logistic Properties (GLP) has signed new lease agreements totalling 47,000 square metres with three leading companies in the retail industry in China. These are Walmart, JD.com and one of the world's largest health and beauty retail chains; all three are existing GLP multi-location customers. Walmart is leasing 22,000 sq m to establish its regional distribution centre in central China, while the other two are leasing additional space for domestic distribution purposes throughout China.
