Emas Offshore
EMAS OFFSHORE on Friday said that the Singapore Court has granted the company's judicial management (JM) application and ordered that Emas Offshore Pte Ltd and Emas Offshore Services (the EOL restructuring group) be placed under judicial management.
Goh Thien Phong and Chan Kheng Tek, both of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services, will be appointed as the joint judicial managers of EOL.
