OUE Hospitality Trust
FORMER senior minister of state Lee Yi Shyan, 53, has been appointed deputy chairman and non-independent non-executive director of OUE Hospitality Reit Management and OUE Hospitality Business Trust, the respective Reit manager and trustee-manager of OUE Hospitality Reit. Following the appointment, which took effect on Jan 12, the board of the managers will each have a total of seven directors, of whom four are independent directors. Mr Lee, an MP of the East Coast GRC, has also been executive adviser, chairman's office, OUE Ltd, since Jan 1 this year.
