LIONEL Lee Chye Tek, CEO of offshore contractor Ezra Holdings, has sold 20 million shares in food caterer Select Group at S$0.355 a share. His deemed interest in the company dropped from 23.15 per cent to 9.1 per cent.
The buyer is Mr Lee's mother Goh Gaik Choo, whose stake rose from zero to 14.05 per cent.
