Soilbuild Construction Group
A UNIT of Soilbuild Construction Group has won a construction contract worth US$95 million from a developer in Myanmar, the company said on Monday. It added that the subsidiary, Soilbuild (Myanmar) Company, will be the main contractor for the project by United GP Development.
The contract is for the construction and completion of the main building and superstructure works for a proposed "26½-storey serviced apartment and the proposed 26½ storey condominium" at Kabaraye Pagoda Road, Bahan Township, Yangon. Soilbuild expects the project to start in Q2 2016 and complete in Q3 2018.
