Ziwo Holdings
ZIWO Holdings, through its Malaysian subsidiary, has signed a dealership pact with Hong Kong-based Yadea Group Holdings to market and sell electric motor scooters in Malaysia.
In the agreement announced on Tuesday, Yadea's sole Malaysian agent GYH E-Vehicle assembles and distributes the motorcycles, while Ziwo's BM Mobility sells the scooters to commercial users such as food delivery companies and third-party logistics service providers.
