SMRT Corporation has appointed Abu Bakar Mohd Nor as a board director with effect from Jan 23. He is also managing director (gas & specialised vessels) at Keppel Offshore & Marine, as well as Keppel Singmarine, and sits on various boards in Keppel Group companies and associates.
He was recently appointed president of the Association of Singapore Marine Industries, and director of Singapore Maritime Foundation.
