SPECIALTY rubber chemicals manufacturer China Sunsine Chemical Holdings expects to report a substantial increase in consolidated net profit in the first quarter from the same period a year earlier.
This is because the suspension of production by rivals in China that had failed to meet certain environmental regulations had resulted in a supply shortage. As a result, China Sunsine saw an increase in both the average selling price and sales volume of its products, the group said.
