TAKA Jewellery's retail chain operator TLV Holdings has appointed billionaire investor Jim Rogers as a strategic adviser to the group for a period of 12 months with effect from Sept 26.

The 72-year-old Singapore-based American will provide advice, guidance and insight on business and capital market opportunities to further the group's strategic growth strategy.
