Craft Print completes incorporation of new unit
MAINBOARD-LISTED commercial printer Craft Print International on Friday said it has completed the incorporation of new subsidiary Orient-Salt Chemicals (OSC).
OSC is a joint venture whose principal activities include investment holding and chemicals manufacturing and trading.
It is 51 per cent owned by Craft Print and 49 per cent owned by Jiang Hao. Sam Kok Yin, executive director of Craft Print, has been appointed as a director of OSC.
This follows the Craft Print's announcement on June 2 to venture into new business activities and industries, particularly in the sectors of chemicals manufacturing and distribution, and property investments, construction and related services.
