Credit Suisse appointed as joint financial adviser of Keppel Corp (Amended)
CREDIT Suisse (Singapore) Limited has been appointed as the joint financial adviser of Keppel Corporation (KepCorp), in connection with the voluntary unconditional cash offer for all the issued ordinary shares in the capital of Keppel Land, KepCorp announced on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, Keppel Corp's counter closed up 1.45 per cent to S$8.38 while Keppel Land's counter closed at S$4.54, unchanged from the previous trading day.
The original article indicated that Credit Suisse (Singapore) Limited is the joint financial adviser of both Keppel Corporation and Keppel Land, when in fact it is the joint financial adviser of Keppel Corporation, in connection to its buyout offer for Keppel Land. The above article has been corrected to reflect that.
