Cushman & Wakefield on expansion path
The property consulting group is upbeat about industrial collective sales and institutional buyers returning to the Singapore office market.
PROPERTY consulting group Cushman & Wakefield is on an expansion trail. By the time it marks the 20th anniversary of its Singapore business in 2017, it expects its headcount to exceed 200 from about 150 currently, which in turn marks a leap from 65 in January 2011.
The increase will come from continued growth within the group's core businesses of leasing and capital markets (including investment sales), said C&W's Singapore managing director Toby Dodd in a recent interview with BT.
Singapore revenue has increased by more than 250 per cent between 2010 and 2013, he said but declined to reveal actual revenue figures.
