Customer satisfaction rises for retail, info-comm sectors

THE national customer satisfaction scores for the retail and info-communications sectors saw an increase due to statistically significant improvements in satisfaction levels for the jewellery, fashion apparel, department stores, Wireless@SG and broadband sub-sectors.
The 2016 Q1 Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG) results released on Tuesday by the Institute of Service Excellence (ISES) at the Singapore Management University (SMU) revealed that the retail sector received a score of 71.7 points, a 1.7-point increase from last year while the info-comm sector registered 68.5 points, a 1.1-point increase from the previous year.
