Datapulse says possibility of holding EGM, shareholders' dialogue session in April
DIGITAL media storage maker Datapulse announced on Thursday that based on current progress, the board will be able to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to consider the proposed business diversification and the proposed change of board by Apr 27, 2018.
In addition, at the direction of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading, Datapulse said it will hold a shareholders' dialogue session together with the Securities Investors Association Singapore on Apr 17, 2018 to speak on recent events, including the proposed business diversification.
The Datapulse board and management, as well as professional advisors will be present at the dialogue session.
The company said further details on the EGM will be dispatched to shareholders in due course.
