INFORMATION and communications technology provider Declout has appointed a liquidator for the voluntary winding-up of a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Netipay Pte Ltd.
Declout said after Wednesday's trading close that Chiang Kar Fong Dorothy of 6 Raffles Quay, #14-06, Singapore 048580, has been appointed as the liquidator for Netipay.
Winding-up proceedings for Netipay commenced on Wednesday.
Netipay has been dormant since Jan 1, 2015.
Declout owns Netipay through a wholly-owned subsidiary, Corous360.
