PROCURRI Corporation, a subsidiary of Catalist-listed DeClout Ltd, has launched its initial public offering (IPO) for a Singapore Exchange mainboard listing.
A global independent provider of data centre equipment and lifecycle (hardware and software) services, Procurri is offering 68.88 million new shares at S$0.56 each. These new shares - comprising an international placement tranche of 62 million shares and a public offer of 6.88 million shares - represent 24.6 per cent of Procurri's post-invitation share capital.
