HOW many head honchos of a Singapore-listed company would choose to set up headquarters in a second-floor Housing Board commercial unit in a sleepy residential neighbourhood near Geylang?

The number could probably be counted on one hand. It would take all 10 fingers, though, to enumerate the number of employees Victor Ng houses in his 1,313 square foot office space on Cassia Crescent, which he rents for S$2,500 a month.
