Delong Holdings in talks for potential collaboration
STEEL manufacturing and trading company Delong Holdings Ltd announced on Friday that it is in discussions with certain parties relating to a potential collaboration.
No definitive agreements have been entered into, and there is no certainty or assurance that any such agreements will be entered into or that any transaction will result from the discussions.
The company added that it will make further announcements as appropriate, and advised shareholders to refrain from taking any action with respect to their Delong Holdings securities which may be prejudicial to their interests.
It added that shareholders should exercise caution in dealing with the securities and consult their relevant professional advisers if in doubt about what actions to take.
