Digiland acquires 65% of S'pore software maker

DIGILAND, a wholly owned subsidiary of mainboard-listed IT and energy company Digiland International, on Wednesday said it has acquired 65 per cent (or 26,000 ordinary shares) of Singapore software maker iBase Technology International for S$26,000.
"Together with iBase Technology Pte Ltd (iBase), the joint venture vehicle will develop and market real-time, multi-user enterprise solutions to support global e-Government initiatives across all devices and platforms," said Digiland International.
