Double boost for PLife Reit Q2 DPU
10.3% rise helped by asset recycling and higher distributable income from operations
Singapore
PARKWAY Life Real Estate Investment Trust (Reit) on Tuesday reported a 10.3 per cent year-on-year increase in distribution per unit to 3.32 Singapore cents for the second quarter ended June 30.
This was due to a double boost, one of which was the asset-recycling exercise completed in February 2017, with the divestment gains of S$5.39 million being distributed equally over the four quarters of the financial year ending Dec 31.
