ECS profit falls 12% in Q1 to $7.2m

INFORMATION and communications technology (ICT) products and services provider ECS Holdings posted a 12 per cent decline in its first-quarter net profit to $7.2 million from $8.3 million a year ago.

Revenue for the three months ended March 31 was $930.9 million, 14.6 per cent lower than the $1.09 billion last year.

Earnings per share were 1.96 cents, lower than the 2.26 cents previously.
