Ellipsiz appoints LH's Chng Hee Kok chairman

ELLIPSIZ has named current LH Group executive director Chng Hee Kok as its independent and non-executive chairman, the semiconductor equipment provider announced on Wednesday.

He fills a spot vacated by former non-executive chairman Xavier Chong Fook Choy, who left in April citing retirement to pursue his personal interests.

Mr Chng, 66, does not own any shares in Ellipsiz. Mr Chong was last reported to have sold all of his shares in the company as at end-March.

Besides LH, Mr Chng currently also holds directorships in Luxking Group Holdings, China Flexible Packaging Holdings, ChinaSing Investment Holdings, Samudera Shipping Line, Full Apex Holdings and Pacific Century Regional Developments.

Ellipsiz shares were trading flat at 9.6 Singapore cents as at 11.41am.
